PLASTIC INJECTION
Plastic injection molding is a manufacturing process where molten plastic is injected into a mold to form parts. It starts with plastic pellets being heated until they melt. The molten plastic is then injected into a mold cavity under high pressure. Once the plastic cools and solidifies, the mold opens to eject the finished part. This method is widely used for producing complex shapes with high precision. We can produce plastic products weighing up to 0.50 kg with our 200 tons plastic injection machine.
WELDING
Welding is a fabrication process that joins materials, usually metals or thermoplastics, by melting their edges and adding a filler material to form a strong bond upon cooling. Techniques include MIG, TIG, and arc welding, widely used in construction, automotive, and manufacturing industries for durable, permanent connections. Our process includes spot welding (centering), gas welding, tig welding, mig/mag welding (Esab Aristo Mig 4004i Pulse Fact) and a robot (Kuka KR 8 R1440 Model Robot Max 14.5 kg carrying capacity 1441 mm reach distance)
MACHINING
Machining is a manufacturing process that shapes materials by removing excess material using cutting tools like drills, lathes, and mills. It allows precise control for creating detailed and accurate parts. Widely used in aerospace, automotive, and industrial sectors, machining works on metals, plastics, and other materials. Our production area includes rv.torna (Surface Treatment, up to Ø32 mm product can be processed), 2 CNC tornas, (Surface Treatment, up to Ø30 mm product can be processed) and milling.
COLD SHEET FORMING
Cold sheet forming shapes metal sheets into desired forms at room temperature using press machines. Techniques include stamping, bending, and drawing, creating precise and complex parts without heating. Commonly used in automotive, aerospace, and appliance industries, it allows for high-quality, consistent mass production of metal components. Our production area includes eccentric presses (cutting, drilling, forming; 40 tons, 100 tons, 150 tons).
CNC WIRE PRODUCTION
2D CNC wire production is a process where computer-controlled machines bend and cut wire into specific two-dimensional shapes. The CNC (computer numerical control) system ensures precise and consistent shapes by following programmed instructions. This method is commonly used in manufacturing springs, wire frames, and various wire components for industries like automotive, electronics, and consumer goods. Our production is capable of bending up to 10mm.
SEWING
Our sewing line features state-of-the-art equipment for precision and efficiency. We utilize two sewing machines, an envelope sewing machine (Ouris Brand 40×60) with automatic envelope sewing, and a standard sewing machine. Additionally, we have a hot column cutting machine, ensuring high-quality cutting and stitching for all your sewing needs.
ASSEMBLY
Our assembly line is equipped with advanced machinery for optimal performance. We have five pneumatic presses (1, 3, and 4 ton) for riveting, five drills for drilling and threading, three grinding machines for trimming, a bandsaw for cutting, and specialized tools for tooth extraction, heating, vibration cleaning/trimming, and drying. A compressor supports all operations efficiently.
